actually one beta hcg level is not enough we have to repeat beta hcg after 48hrs frome the 1st test
then can clearly tell

waleikum Assalam,first of all congratulations, it sounds like you have miscarriages before, I need more information ,get online consultation repeat serum beta HCG it should double every 48 hours lf more than 1000 should be visible if all good start Cyclogest per vagina twice a day till ,14 th week.
