Hello Doctors! I'm pregnant Alhamdulillah. MY lMP 24th november.. i had miscarriage 5 months back. But the issue is k mujhe loose motion hogaye thy but ab theeek hai. But mery uppar stomach bht upset rehta hai dard pehly tha ab nhi hai. Ab awazain ati hain stomach se maidy se khana kha lun tab bhi na khao tab bhi. Aur gas ka issue bhi horaha hai. Dr ne mujhe Ascard, Duphaston, Myfol di hai. Aur gravibinan k injections bhi lag rahy hain. Kindly mujhe batayen yeh koi khatray ki bat tou nhi awazain ana. Baqi sab kuch theek hai.

- have Complete treatment for any health issue u have .
- have regular Antenatal follow ups and Scans .
- try to avoid very treatment .
- have balanced diet ,freshly cooked food with lots of vegetables ,plenty of water .
- have walk daily to avoid gas production .
- try to follow Regular visits with treating obstetrician as examination require most to guide petient well .

U should walk after meals to avoid gases and u can take syrup mucaine if u have lots of gases . Take care

increase fluid and fiber intake in ur diet-do ask ur attending physician to prescribe u suitable medicines fr this condition...in sha Allah it is not dangerous but agonising sumtimes...
