Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Itching

em 6th month two days ago i have started itching over my feet and i google it i found about cholestasis in it just scared i do test?? or it is normal?? and simply apply coconut oil on my itching already having nose bleed all test are clear related to simply say ya bache ki garmi hi chale for itching wht i do?? if u recommend test?? name it plz
