Talk to Gynecologist on Preterm Labour Pain (week 23)

I have gone through premature labour pain recently on week 23 delivered the baby normally after 5 days of onset of labour pain...I had a chest infection also and I took calamox (twice a day) for 5 days and tirlor (once a day) for 3 the first day of labour pain onset ....2 docs told me I am dehydrated and water deficiency and one told me I had low placenta you please explain the reason for this?and what should I do next?
