Plz post this as anonymous. Hello friends.. the problem is I missed my periods after one day spotting in March, i checked via strip, result was negative, went to dr, did the ultrasound and dr prescribed me primolut N for 21 days and said it's because of hormonal imbalance.. I did 21 days course of the medicine but after stoping the use its about 16 days no sign of periods.. I just checked again via strip and result is positive.. - I want to ask is it possible to get 'false positive' result in this case? -is this pregnancy safe? As I used primolute N for 21 days? *I'm already a mother alhamdulillah and have no issue with this pregnancy too
get your beta hcg and trans vaginal scan done .

- It might possible before taking promolute N u have had chemical pregnancy which could not be identified on urine pregnancy test( as urine pregnancy test can miss very Early Chemical pregnancy ).
- now have transvaginal scan and serum beta hcg to check exactly pregnancy status and viability of pregnancy.
- have folic acid daily 5 mgs .
- follow with scan and beta hcg report.
- avoid over exertion ,Stress ,weight lifting ,stairs or any thing that can trigger bleeding .
- serial scans and antenatal visits will be needed in case of positive viable pregnancy .

Plz tell me it will not effect baby's growth etc

Have Antenatal registration, do have all needed basic labs, follow advice of treating doctor, regular follow ups and Scans.
Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
Report symmptoms to treating doctor.

Get your ultrasound again. Primulut has no effect on pregnancy
