Talk to Gynecologist on Problem In Conceiving 3rd Baby

I have two daughters Alhamdulilah, one is 11 year and 2nd is 7 years old, we are planning for next baby for last 6-7 months and have wish of a baby boy. We read from internet about shettle method for baby boy so trying by that method. My periods were reduced from 6 days to 3 days. Consulted a very famous gynecologist of Lahore, she has given aveon, ostnad D tablets and also advised TVS. She also said that she will give me a injection which will increase chance of Baby BOY from 67-70%. I am quite healthy my weight is 75 kg, please advise what I should do?

Is there any injection or medicine which increases chance of having baby boy, I need baby boy for family balancing.

Moreover, is shettle method is useful?

Is any need of TVS?

Periods of 3 days are normal?
