Its my 6th day after my ovulation date. Yesterday i performed a home pregnancy strip test and it showed a very light test pink line. But when i woke up today bleeding started it was light bleeding till morning then now its more till afternoon. The color of blood is dark red or brown. What should i assume now? Was I pregnant and its gone now? Or my period date is changed now. (normaly everymonth i get my periods 1 week late but this time it was suppose to start on 1st oct and it started bleeding today)
best way to knw ur pregnancy is to do b hcg in blood.

- have one serum beta hcg to check pregnancy status .
- follow with Hcg report .
- have iron supplements daily ,balanced diet and plenty of water .
- positive pregnancy test with bleeding and one sided lower abdominal pain need urgent Evaluation.

Im not having abdominal pain, now its a whole day its like my periods has started because its bleeding the whole day now. Idk then why the test showed positive result. And my periods are 10 days early.
