Can someone please confirm the results from the attached report in terms of ovulation. Does it mean, ovulation is not happening due to which progestrone level is low because from what I understood is that 0.8 is below expected level of female luteal phase where ovulation happens.

Most probably ovulation hasn't taken place. Consult a Gynecologist when you jave periods to ensure ovulation in next cycle
