Talk to Gynecologist on Prolong Bleeding

I am PCOs patient have faced this problem before, twice. I have prolong bleeding not so heavy but its long for 20 days. taken transamine before so can I take it now too? to stop bleeding
I got my ultrasound done for pelvis too. its clear just the cyst are visible. please tell me can I take transamine to stop bleeding?
