Talk to Gynecologist on Protein S Deficiency

Dear Dr! In my previous pregnancy (delivered on 12 March at week 34.3 days) I was diagnosed with Pre eclampsia and had an emergency c section. Later my baby girl died on day 5 as she caught a NICU based infection.

On week 8 post Delivery I done alot of tests, in which only this test comes out a bit off. My then Dr said in your next pregnancy take clexane injection and aspirin from start.

but I consulted a haematologist, he said get this test done now. if protein S is fine. there is no need for Clexane or aspirin.

I am away home, and insurance is not covering. my periods are delayed this month. I am worried what should I do, as I want my baby safe.
