Talk to Gynecologist on Protien Urea

Biopsy proven primary membranous nephritis, since 2019. Urinary protien crossed 4000, Was recovered through deltacortil and cellcept and then ma sha Allah healthy child birth in 2022. Then revival of disease. Presently protien in urine has gone back to almost normal fresh 24 hrs urinary protien not available however urine r/e tells nil protein in urine. Please let me know if this disease can be cured completely through homeopathic treatment or we will have to go with medicine life long? The medicine which have severe side effects disturbing the body.
