Talk to Gynecologist on Pubic Bone Pain-pregnancy

person-avatar

Asking For Self, Female, 25 Years old, khi

I’m 10 weeks pregnant, since the 8th week I’m having pain in my pubic bone and and the entire groin area. It’s triggered by movements usually walking, changing clothes or anything which puts pressure on my legs like bending to sit on the toilet seat. Etc. Since the last 3 days it’s become even more severe that I can’t even move or change position while sleeping. I’ve told my dr about it but she didn’t pay attention much and told me it’s normal and just gave panadol or heat pack to apply. Pls advise what should i do as this is very painful and I’m on bed rest as I can’t even move without support.

Aoa yes sometimes this is very painful and even in early pregnancy. You can’t take strong medicine to relieve pain. So u have to manage or call physiotherapist at home for help . Thanks

I’ve just been told to take panadol which isn’t doing much. Can you suggest some other?
