Asking for Wife, Female, 28 years old, Karachi
My wife is Alhamdulillah 8th month pregnant .. she had normal breathing issues from her 6th month .. but now a days her pulse sometimes (with a gap of 2 3 days) for 10 to 15 minutes get very high reaching to almost 145 due to which her breathing problem also increases during that time .. we did her ecg and echo as per her gynae recommendations and both of them were Alhamdulillah fine .. can any doctor guide me what could be the reason of such increase in pulse rate ?
145 is too high is her anemaia has been rule out?

Her cbc is fine but hb level was 12 and now its 11 .. can this be the factor of that ?

least likely at hb of 11 advise her to rest in left lateral position not in supine position and check het b.p regularly and repeat her echo from senior cardiologist and take het cardio opinion

She is already taking thyroxine as her tsh during 3rd month came high .. but now it is in normal range ..
