Dear Doctors, I just found out I am expecting Alhamdulillah, my gynae dr isnt available for a month. Can you pls guide me how much folic acid to be taken a day ( in first trimister)?
you can take tab adfolic one twice a day .recommended is 400 micrograms in normal preganncy

-Dear if u have not done scan its better to have transvaginal and dating scan at least at nearest ultrasound center.
-have folic acid 0.4 mgs per day if not having any medical issue like epilepsy, infertility or diabetes etc.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have balanced diet.
-report symmptoms.
