My lmp is 14nov2019 k hisab se mere 10week 4days bante  ajj altrasound karwya ha us Mai baby ka size 4 week 6 days show horahe  Dr k mutabiq abhe Tak heart beat bhe nhe aye Han
Asa kiu hoa ha? Is Mai koi pareshani wali bat to nhe ha? Mera first baby ha mujhe bohat tention horahe ha.
Aur already mujhe gravibinan k inj lag rahe Han har week  ilawa koi bleeding nhe hoe ha  mujhe Allah ka shukar  answer me in detail plzzz

I need to know if your periods are regular if yes then wait for One week repeat ultrasound to see if heart beat is there if no must see a gynaecologist

repeat ur ultrasound aft 2wks...
fr viability u can do bhcg now and repeat aft 48 hours-if it gts doubled even then hv a review by ur OBG fr further treatment and management...
