I had misscarrieg 3 m ago now want to conceive again , previously Dr advised me nutrifolic 400 mcg n tokosvit cap. For 40 days after miscarriage to take in. But I am continuing it. How many grams of folic acid should I be taken to conceive?

dear folic acid is not for conception but it's is to prevent brain and spine defects in upcoming baby.should be taken 3 months atleast prior planning pregnancy.and for first 3 months of pregnancy.
