I took this ultrasound test on June 19, 2021. Can any gynaecologist please tell me the exact situation of the cysts on my ovaries? I have been concluded to have polycystic ovaries. Thank you very much.
When no dominant/ growing follicle seen in either ovary on 12-14 th day of periods or someone follicle doesn’t matures ( 18-22mm) during whole cycle , such ovaries r known as polycystic. It’s reason should be ruled out and treated.
You have polycystic ovarian syndrome. It’s a condition of ovaries that disrupt your periods. Please visit a gynaecologist for need of medical treatment for this.

Dr. the reason is hormonal imbalance. My gynae put me on birth control pills, glucophage and a supplement. However, the medicines started to take a toll on me and also I started gaining weight. So I jumped on to a healthy lifestyle and stopped the medicines.
