Talk to Gynecologist on Right Side Abdominal Pain

Hi, i have a mild and moderate pain in my right side abdominal area often. today i did an ultrasound of my right side abdomen, and the impression says " Right pelvicalyceal system and ureteric fullness---distal ureteric calculus ? ". I don't know what does it mean. anyone here, kindly clarify me. please!. Should i do CT scan for further investigation.
