Talk to Gynecologist on Ruptured Ectopic Pregnancy

I had heterotopic pregnancy in march 26, my right tube was ruptured followed by emergency surgery on 27th march at 7weeks Laproctomy+ D&E ( I concieved with ovulation induction) . I again concieved in June (LMP 10th may) Since the date I got PT +ve I had spotting... I consulted OB she gave me progesterone+ transamin+ inj pressage On 22june my Bhcg dropped and doc confirmed miscarriage I stopped all medications my bleeding get heavier On 6july I got my TVS scan done for RPOCS which shows no pathology But bleeding didn't stopped On 11th July I went to memon medical consulted another OB GYN she again conducted my pelvic scan which shows right tube dilated 1.2cm ( my right tube was removed due to ruptured) Again no RPOCS Doc gave me ST.MOM for 3 days (1+0+1) Again till 25th July bleeding didn't stopped Doc advised another scan got my TVS done on 26july which shows complex mass of 3.9cm in left adnexa and cystic area in right adnexa (left ectopic cannot be rule out) To confirm this I got my MRI done which confirms hematoma of 5.5cm in left adnexa..

I went to doc she said laproctomy again . I'm scared I want to save my tube as it's my only hope Also I'm stable my recent bhcg is 9 miul (5 August) and my Hb is 11
