Talk to Gynecologist on Scar Defect

I had my second cesarean in February 2020 . after a year I started to have a burning sensation at the left side of my scar. initially it was bearable n it would start 1 to 2 days prior to my expected periods date and then subside. but gradually it started to increase, in both intensity and duration . the burning and pain was getting intensified and it would start 5 to 6 days before my periods n would remain on and off throughout the cycle and afterwards a while. I went to my gynae she asked me to have an ultrasound. she suspected scar endometriosis but there was nothing on the skin . like no lump etc. kher I had my ultrasound (attaching my report) long story short I went to multiple doctors for opinions and then finally in December I had my surgery they removed the mass from my scar and the biopsy report denied the diagnosis of SE .(attaching the report) now after 5 to 6 months Im having the same pain n burning again please guide what it is n what's the reason. if it wasn't endometrios
