Talk to Gynecologist on Second Pregnency

i had a baby girl on dec 14 through normal delivery. on dec 16 i lost her without any known medical issue. my 1st pregnency was never ease. i started bleeding during 6th week and radiologist reported a blood clot of 17mm. instarted duphaston. at week 14 i bleeded heavily. at that time clot was of 70mm. that i took injs transamine. i took tab transmine for 7 months at least. for second child i want to concieve early. what should i do? will bleeding issue happen again? or may it cause any complications in next pregnency as well?
