Talk to Gynecologist on Secondary Infertility
Asking For Sister, Female 36, lahore
Para 1 aged 4.5 yrs.never had any other pregnancy.still trying to conceive but to no avail.married for 5.5 yrs.age 36 yrs.amh level 0.4,fsh,LHR,testosterone and prolactin normal.tsh fluctuating from normal to 5 then back to normal for 1 yr.ft4 and T3 always normal(subclinical hypothyroidism sometimes,resolve on its own) menstrual cycle very regular since puberty.child was breastfed. doctors please help about how to conceive naturally?and what might be causing infertility? thnks

it is low . natural conception rate very low. see IVF n reproductive endocrinologist. even IVF rates at such level not very favorable

consult endocrinologist for thyroid for antibody testing...Nd need for thyroxin...may you have antibody problem...if normal go for IVF straight away I have seen pregnancies even at low amh levels....
