ASSLAMOALIKUM docters, so i had hysteroscopy back in 2018 and then i got pregnant in 2019 i delivered my baby in 0ct 2019 after that after ny post-partum i was again dealing with heavy bleeding so i had my ultrasound done they found out again my uterus lining is thick and i have some nobathian cysts too and then again they did hysteroscopy in july and after my hysteroscopy i was bleeding for couple of the days and she said after bleeding stop i can start taking birth control pills for 3 months then my bleeding started again she then gave me norethindrone pills which then it stopped for couple of the days and again last tuesday aug 4th my bleeding started again and this time it way way way too much heavy even its not even giving time to me change my pads before that blood is coming like gush and all over the floor nothing working out not even pad they checked my blood levels iam not anemic though.
