Asking for Sister, Female, 24 years old, Khi
Salam. My sister is 4 weeks pregnant. It’s her first baby so we have zero knowledge. Can you pls guide like which position she can sleep during these days ? Straight , on left , on right side ?

Initially she can sleep on right, left or straight but in advance pregnancy she should opt a left side posture...

its early pregnancy u can sleep in any posture u r comfortable.. but with advance pregnancy left lateral position is better
