Talk to Gynecologist on Sleepy Position
Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Lahore
My doctor has advised me to lie left lateral as my amniotic fluid is in lower normal range. But it gets very tiring to sleep always in that position. Can I lie on my right lateral too sometimes? Will it harm the baby?
