Talk to Gynecologist on Spotting And Bleeding

Assalam o Alaikum dear Drs I am married and have a baby of 10 months , my periods were regular ,on date. i am having spotting issue from last two months , visited dr she gave me Estranor i took for 21 days but spotting 10 days ruki n phir start ho gyi than again i visited a dr , she gave me Yaz which is contraceptive as well , is it ok to take this bcz i m not using any kind of tablet before bcz of their side effects , is it safe or recommend me something good plz
