my wife is 31 years old. history of two miscarriages and mashaAllah now 6 weeks pregnant. She has started to get spotting and we are worried.
her gynae prescribed Transmin 500 mg thrice a day for 5 days.
is it safe ?

assalam o alaikum, ultrasound was normal. she took transmin for 5 days and has to take duphesten for a month. also taking folic Acid. how long shall she take duphesten?
