Talk to Gynecologist on STD??Skin Tag??

Helo dr .. hope u will repli me i am out of visit u soon coz i heard hameed latif z the best one in our country... since husband had warts but he had treatwmnt for that aftr that we go for intercourse(unprotected)..i felt some skin tag near vulva soon after tht ..i visited a dr she said its nothing just a minor tear that is almost that tag is somewhat larger(located at lower end of vaginal opening) n off n on i feel some irritation n little discharge(very minor with no smell) .. am i having any STD?? I m really anxious..i want my full can this tag be easily removed?
