Yes stich maybe required in next pregnancy. Dr will remove it. Route of delivery depends on patient 's history and condition at the time of delivery
She may need stitch in next pregnancy as well.
It will be removed ay the doctor at the 9th month

us ko bleeding Start ho gyi thi... within hour gynae k pas gyi..us ne kha baby theek ha but cervix open ho gya ha...is liye stitch lgana pry ga...so lga dia

Ok.then she needs to apply stitch in every pregnancy.and stitch will be removed at 37 wk of pregnancy ,and can deliver normal after removal of stitch
