She should wait for another week if no period then do pregnancy test again if that is negative then start primolute NTablet one tablet for twice daily for five days she will have the period after stoping medicine

normal menstral cycle is 21 to 42 days,,she should wait for periods,or if she is on infertility treatment then go for Bhcg to rule out pregnency,for further manegement detail history and examination requied...
