Actually it is endocrine problem and you have bad obstetrics history of miscarriages .At this level one should not be the dose you should consult endocrinologist along with your obstetrician

1st of all you have a history of 5 misscarages and it's 7 th pregnancy what about 6 baby
and after those misscarages you need proper consultation
not just like this one
for managing you pregnancy properly you need to go for whole TFs not just tsh and you need other medications too

Tsh is 5.09 (4th april 2023) already consulted to endo she said to have same one 50mg thyroxine daily on which my gynae suggested me to please take second opinion here.
