Ye meri 1st pregnancy h n koi guide karnay wali b nai h so No idea about any thing... meri tabiyat b bilkul normal h.. mujeh dr k pas kab tak jana chaye? N starting main kon se test karwanay chaye? Husband ne kisi se mashwara kia tou unhon ne kaha 3rd month k bad jana chaye... plz guide me.

Congratulations. You can start 400 micrograms of folic acid, one tablet daily till you are able to see a doctor. It’s a vitamin. Usually first visit at 6 to 8 weeks of pregnancy is fine. At 8 weeks of pregnancy, your first ultrasound is done. Eat healthy foods and stay hydrated.
salaam. Alhamdulilah. you r blessed. you should start folic acid immediatly. then come for obstetrical ultrasound for confirmation of intra uterine pregnancy.

Dr Aqsa is right. Tab. Folic acid 400ug is often not available in Pakistan. You can use Tab. folic acid 5mg once daily. Folic acid should be taken until end of 3rd month of pregnancy
