Switching OCP Mid Cycle

Question

i have pcos and my doctor prescribed FAM-21 for 21 days. i have taken 16 pills but last 5 pills have been misplaced, and only famila-28 is available in the market now. what should i do? should i switch or take a gap and restart new pack after a week?

my dear fam 28 and fam 21 are two different preparations .u can use Diane 35 instead of fam 21 as both have same formula
