It's been 1 month to our marriage and it's second month. I just done a TAS on 14 day of my cycle and results showed no mature follicles in both ovaries. Is it something to worry about? what to do next. Do I need to do TAS again? or is it means I'm infertile I'm too stressed out i was not expecting this. please guide.

my periods just started today as expected at early morning and now it suddenly stopped! but usually I have heavy bleeding on day one. is it cause of concern never happen before.
information:
from two days I was fever 101 took medicine Panadol and then in early morning It increased to 104 F so I was taken to hospital and was taken antibiotics drip.
