Hello. I m 25 years old I am married.. I have 2 kids age 6 and 3.. During pregnancy I don't have any issue non any miscarriage now I m trying to conceive.. From last 2 month month my period are regular.. A day after a day before like that.. I have count my cycle which is 32 days according to that my ovulation period is 21 to 25 am I right? Please guide me and my husband don't have any problem may be I m excited for this one we didn't do any checkup because we thought it Allah will.. As I said we don't have any issue is it normal please explain me thank you

- Dear have daily life style and physical activities precautions.
- balanced diet, weight and Bmi .
- ovulation occurs 14 days before Expected date of periods .
- have sex in fertile period of cycle before ovulation .
- have walk ,yoga and Exercise .
- Need to have Recreational activities and quit recreational drugs like request to quit smoking with husband .
- folic acid daily .
- if unable to cnceive after all above precautions have one hysterosalpingography for u and Semen analysis for husband if no medical or menstrual issue .
- follow with reports .

Salam . Days of ovulation r 12 to 14 in a 28 to 30 day cycle. If u have no issues u can have increased frequency of intercourse from 11 to 18 day of cycle . Start taking tab folic acid two times a day and calcium . Take a good diet . Best of luck
