I always have regular periods, may be sometimes week early but normal bleeding for 4-5 days. This month it has been triple full periods, like I got on 3rd april, then started again on 21st April and after stopping for 4 days, again started on 28th april. What should I do? Weight 54 Unmarried
cycles are mostly disturbed due to stress on the body in the form of mental stress exercise and fasting also... u can start tablet famila 28 1 daily....but ur cycle will be set then according to this tablet then ...take for21 days .
is there is any perspnal or family history of disease if yes plz mention?
you need to visit clinic for your pelvic ultrasound to rule out any pathology,
and start
Tab roxvita once daily for month
is there any significant personal or family hx esp bleeding disorders/taking any medicine
you need proper evaluation by hx &exam and then if needed pelvic scan
meanwhile take iron containing supplement...
again ultrasound should be done
