Hi doctors I am male 26 y old married I was alright but few days ago i was observing that i cant maintain the erection during sex Before discharge it became soft And not hard as before
Moreover my timing is also gradually Decreasing Ihave normally 2-3 times sex ina week and sometime 4 times
