Urination Problem Before Periods

Aoa. Mera problem ye h k periods sy kuch din pahly urination problem h jata h. Periods regular hoty hain but Boht jalan hoti h urinate kerny k bad few days before periods. Aur germi b mehsoos hoti h boht. What should I do?

-Dear it would be better if u would send me your detailed Gynae, obs, medical,surgical and obstetrics history.
-have strict hygeine, daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-have sitz Warm baths and olive oil massage.
-have soft Comfortable undergarments.
-have balanced diet, weight and hygeine.
-when feel symmptoms have urinalysis, urine culture and high vaginal swab.
-follow with reports.
