Most of the time, aik dam se feel hota hai k urine aya hu lekin is se pehle k washroom jae us se pehle e urine leak b hu jata 3,4 months se ase hu raha. please guide kardijiye k kia kare ??

Ap on ki medication karwae. Asal main bladder weak hone ki waja se Esa Hota Hai or pt ki urithra bhi is ki waja se weak ho jati Hai. Bladder ke mussels Kam karna bund kar dete hain
Dear at this age I mean usually after menopause bladder muscle becomes weak so these symptoms occurs because of that. One thing she can do is use toilet every hour wether she is feeling and urine or not and also consult gynaecologist for further management

do ur urine RE...also get urself examined by OBG to rule out UV prolapse...i ll also ask u to do one abd-pelvic USG...
so consult an OBG aftwards for ur further management and treatment...
