Using Condoms During Pregnancy

Question

Assalam Alaikum Doctor, it has been nine months since my marriage. And the fifth month of my wife's pregnancy is going on. Can I use condom during pregnancy? And there is no harm to the pregnancy by using condoms. Jazak Allah Khair

Walekum Assalam,  though condom is not mandatory during pregnancy but it reduces the risk of infections .
