Asking For Wife, Female 32, karachi
I am 32 years married since 2 years and had 2 miscarriages (in first miscarriage beta hcg reached 32 and then dropped, in second miscarriage, beta hcg reached 102 then dropped) These are my 3D utrasound pelvis and HSG X ray pic, the 3D ultrasound report says i have septate uterus and the HSG x ray report states i have bicornuate or septate uterus. Some doctor my help me guide what to do as i have visited multiple doctors, one doctor said i need hysteroscopy laproscopy to remove septate and another doctor said that i have uterus didelphys and i do not need surgery.

on physical examination, doctor said i have one cervix, i guess that means one vegina as well.

we understand but whether its bicornuate or septate uterus, or on gynae doctor said its didelphys? we are confused? does mri solves this confusion?

yes mri will solve it sir, because the report of MRI will be authentic one wether it would say bicornuate or septate
