I have severe bppv from 5 months.l feel severe light headed while laying down or standing up and bending my head.l feel imbalance on my legs and foot and can't stand properly.l have used betahistine tablets for it and also ear washed as prescribed by ENT but nothing become severe day by day and effect my daily life and studies tell me some possible solution.
