AOA, I am married monther of 2 kids. my problem is I didn't get any period since December 2021 since February 2022. I tested negative for pregnancy. Visited doctor she prescribed me primolut for 5 days thrice daily. Periods came after 3 days of stopping that medicine thats March 2022 but the flow was not that much. Than in April and May 2022 the flow was only one spot at the time of periods. Doctor suggested provera tablets but they are not available any where. Could you please let me know the alternate of this tablet.

i can't visit gynecologist again as there is no one here to look after my kids and its very very difficult to take them along with me...
I will definitely go for thyroid test. and
if any of you can suggest me Provera alternate that would be a real help. Thank you.
