Talk to Gynecologist on Vitamin D Insufficiency
Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, KARACHI
I recently went to a GP and got my general tests done(iron,ferritin, CBC which were all normal) and my vit D3 was insufficient (20.3ng/ml) so the GP prescribed oslia 200000IU per week for 8 this dose safe to consume?
