I am unable to digest my iron supplements. Tried fefan ds and one other brand. Never happened this in my first pregnancy. It makes me vomit and nauseous all day. Please help. Im pregnant 4 months

You can take cap fefol vit 1 daily it has less iron content or tab polymalt it haschocolate flavor you may tolerate also take iron rich diet
