I take clomid 2nd round but it fallied I got period today my egg size is good in 2nd cycle ovulation also takes place but I couldn't conceive please suggest me how I take clomid in 3rd round and any other medicine to conceive fastly

Clomid is good n if follicle was of 18 to 22 size , then get inj IVF C 5000 iu intramuscular n do intercourse 36 hours after inj IVF C ..
If you have ovulated then we need to continue with same dose of clomifene..
