Talk to Gynecologist on Weak Pregnancy Due To Bleeding

I have weak pregnancy because of bleeding before 1 week I consulted to my Dr and she gave me medicine for the growth of a baby but now I am confused that should I take folic acid with these medicines, Duphaston, thyfol, and gravibinum injections?
