I m nursing to 6 months old baby.... I feel tired, weak, stiff muscles n bones... Taking diet including milk fruits.. But do not feel energy in myself. Cal and vit d tab taken for 3 months... Tell me any mutilvitamins to regain my energy... My hb is always low... My baby's hands feet n ears remain cold... Is this bcz of low iron n hb...??? Kindly suggest me iron containing multivitamins.

take ibert folic tablets once a day along with tab vitamin c atleast half an hour before breakfast
Take protien diet. Eggs meat fish. Green veges salad. Lot of water.
