Talk to Gynecologist on White Coating On Private Areas

I have white coating collected around clitoral hood and sides of inner labia. Texture is cottage cheese like and no smell. Not much visible to naked eye but it is collected on hand and nails when I scratch. I have tried to wash it off but it forms again. Fungone (Fluconazole) 150mg single dose taken on 19th Oct followed by 1 sachet of cranmax daily for 5 days. Farq nahi para is sa. Greasy sa feel hota hai aur whitish coating hai. Discharge kabhi kabhi thora sa hota hai not much discharge problem or itching. Plz help koi medicine bata de doctor pe nahi ja sakti abi.
