I'm 16weeks + pregnant. 1st pregnancy. I was 61 kg but my recent weight is 66 now. everything is fine healthy pregnancy. my question is that before getting pregnant I used to workout alot plus walk. but now my doctor said don't do any exercise you don't need it plus only do 15 mints walk Max. I want to know I heard about kegl exercise are good in pregnancy. can I start it ? or just don't do anything.
u can do kegel exercises.they are good for pelvic muscles strength.
just walk is enough.
kegal excercise is for muscle tone and strength.you can start it after delivery
u can do kegel exercises and moderate walk...dont do heavy workout
You can walk for half an hour in a moderate speed.
Do Kegel exercises after delivery
Aoa walk is good exercise during pregnancy. Rest of exercises after delivery not now. Thanks
